Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the service fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee, including travel fees.
For mobile appointments, if we arrive and the service cannot be completed due to client unavailability, incorrect address, or access issues, it will be considered a no-show.
Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has begun.
Emergencies are reviewed case-by-case.
